Ohh i forgot! i went to see The Hangover and Transformers 2 a couple of weeks ago.
The Hangover lived up to its hype! hilarious. Zach Galifianakis was great, to be honest though i'd never heard of him. Googled and Youtubed him when i got back and gotta say hes a funny guy!
The photos on the credits finished it off nicely haha!
Transformers 2 was great, but maybe a bit long and repetative. BUT, i love Megan (true Story) and Shia is awsome so i can't complain. Shia Labeouf has to be one of me favourite actors at the moment, cant wait for wallstreet 2.

Life is Life and i'm going to explain how i create my Artwork.
Yes from very early on i mastered paint. heres a drawing "completely" drawn on Microsoft Paint" notice i highlighted that, thers a reason, read on...

After realising i could not draw like i could on paper i set my ways to discovering a way to colour my hand drawn artwork on my computer without the use of a scanner or photoshop...
I discovered by taking a photograph of my drawings and then sending to my computer i could do without a scanner pretty much, i then make them black and white in Microsoft Paint and transfer to Paint to colour. This process works very well as it is how i do most of my work you see today, although most of the time is spent on tidying and cleaing up the black outlines so imagine what i could do if i could get a perfect line on computer straight away. Anyway people believed i actually drew the whole picture on paint...i wish & am very sorry. I hope this doesnt dis-credit any of my work as at the end of the day its all 100% been created by myself.

Thanks and sorry everyone who thought overwise.lets just say its like if Kanye had said his 808's album never used autotune...would that make it a bad album because he told a tiny lie...hang on, where am i going with this point? forget it.

Just got back from seeing the Wolverine movie. To be honest i thought it was a bit of a let down, i mean i wanted it to be darker and go more into depth of his childhood but obviousley they went for a approach where the movie would attract both youth and elder audiences. Maybe it would just never be good enough for me, i find it more interesting not knowing the history as much. Keeps you wondering, a bit like The Dark Knight's Joker who just bursts onto the scene. Anyway all in all it was fairly decent, Gambit was cool and who ever it was that played Sabertooth did a good job.

havn't posted in a while so here goes. Was away for a week at the Moto GP in Jerez, Spain. Had a great time and Rossi won, overtook Pedrosa to take the lead right where i was seated. British racer Bradley Smith also got his 1st win in the 125cc race which was very good! Will post pics when i get the chance. Quite depressing when i got back to England haha went from really hot sunny weather to pouring rain and cold, not good!

Feel like i'v been away for ages haha loadz has happened. Asher and Eminems new videos dropped while i was gone. pretty cool vids, and the yeezys second colourway released.

Trying to master photoshop so most of my new stuff will be hand drawn for now.
But, it's all goood!
Heres the run-down on some of my latest work:

Kanye West Anime inspired drawing. Read in the complex article on the Yeezy's that he took inspiration from Anime, and i had this cool idea to put him in the GITD tour outfit in a anime inspired drawing. would be cool to have like a futeristic city in background but papers too small haha! anyway was very please with the outcome! on some Dragonball Z shit!

Then after spotting this picture of cudi i had to put it into a drawing. It's sooo cool! {the photo} & my drawing haha! This took a bit of inspiration From James Jirat, his work is awsome!

Personally i think it could be better which is why i'm going to make a second attempt sometime soon.

Then after a few back to back episodes of Miami Ink. I'm addicted!!!
I made a attempt on some Koi Carp which turned out better than i had expected, gonna practise some more again.

And finally a drawing of the rapper Blu & a quick sketch of asher...

A new colourway?

Alongside the already confirmed Nike Air Yeezy colorways, we get a peek at a fourth installment in the mega hyped series which was revealed last night at the Nike TPE 6453 Opening. Although there’s no news pertaining to a release date/availability, this patent leather Fire Red version adds another dimension to the already highly scouted aforementioned colorways including a Black/Pink rendition which is scheduled for a May release.

I'm just sitting back chillin while waiting for Wale ft Lady Gaga "CHILLIN" to drop! Can't wait! should be amazing from what i'v heard. This year is a really great time for hip hop, Wale, Asher, Cudi...the list goes on. I'm just hyped!

Just been on Semtex's blog and read some huge news.

"The last few days have been crazy. Mr Hudson has started to cook up some bangers for his forth-coming album ‘Straight No Chaser’.

Mr West passed through our studio in NW London and blessed us with 2 smashes.

While Mr West was in the building Kid Cudi sent us a joint that he had been working on for Hudson’s album. It’s a guaranteed club smash.

Last night Asher Roth came through and dropped some classic bars.

Not only is Asher good with the freestyles, he is ill with the pen. Asher came up with a concept, wrote the bars, and voiced the track within 30 minutes. The end result is straight up crack!"

Kanye West creating music with Mr Hudson in a North London studio is something that I never imagined happening, or witnessing. Several bangers were cooked up, and they will be served up this summer.

After 808s, its crazy to see Kanye spitting fire again, it’s like he’s been re-energised, he’s back on that College Dropout shit!

Before Kanye walked in the booth he said…..is anyone filming this? this is history in the making!

Well, because i havn't posted in ages i'v mist out on all the kanye stuff like the Luis Vuitton shoes which i think are great and all the Fashion shows goin on, all great stuff and i'm happy for him and excited to see what more he has to offer in the near future!

NOTE: He's been killing it at the fashion shows with some great fits!

SORRY, Havn't posted in ages! i need to get back on it. Just been busy...

-Alot has happened though:

1.The 60 "Yeezy on the Chain/ Will Prince X Kanyelive.com T-Shirts sold!" which was very good, unfortunatley we decided to go seperate ways so there wont be any more designs to come.

2.The design i had planned on next (The Famous Love-Lockdown Bear) was stolen and used on Ebay, which was very hard to take...soo annoying considering how much i worked on it! BUT: With alot of support from Kanyelive.com we got at the seller and he gave in...& spoke to me.

3.It turned out it was this guys designer that stole the design not him and he was interested in working with me. He also gave me $200 for hardship caused...Result! haha nahh but it did show he was serious.

4.Me and this guy have been talkin for a while and i am going to work with him, 60% of every t-sirt sold using my designs, I'm hoping this works out. Things are looking up now though! So, look forward to seeing my designs very soon, i'll keep you in tune.

5.Through Youtube illroots.com founder Mike waxx spotted my work and now i'm on the team haha i do the odd artwork with them. The 1st was for Kid Cudi Sky High produced by the Kickdrums who also noticed me and would like me to work on some artwork for them. Also, through illroots Asher Roth yes i repeat "Asher Roth" noticed my drawings and asked for one which was very big for me as i am a huge fan! i was honoured!
illroots has definetley helped me get my name out there. Big thanks to Mike for noticing my work!

A brilliant night! Unfortunatley we missed kid Cudi's performance which was a real shame as i'm a huge fan. We just caught the last two songs of Consequence's performance (which to be honest i wasnt that bothered about missing). A unkown women performed and she was pretty good but then came on the real supporting act "Mr Hudson and the Library" what a great band. I loved his music, it's different to anything out there at the moment and live it sounded just...brilliant!
After that it took a lengthy 40 minute wait for Kanye's stage to be made! People Booed, but they werent when they seen the final outcome with the lighting on it was truly awsome and he put on a great show. It was my first time seeing Kanye and i loved it it was a work of art!

Towards the end of the show Kanye performed a 10 minute Speach/freestyle? which was great! Heres what he had to say...(Note:Not my video)

At the end of the show everyone thought he had gone but then he surprised the crowd and came back out to perform his new single "Love Lockdown" He even started the song again saying the first time it wasnt good enough, he wanted to leave on a good note! And with the live drums when the chorus kicked in everyone went wiled! "Keep your Love locked Down!!!!"

KAWS (born 1974, Jersey City, New Jersey) is a New York-based artist, limited edition toy designer and clothing designer. He currently lives and works in Brooklyn, New York.

KAWS graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York with a BFA in illustration in 1996. After graduation, KAWS briefly worked for Disney as a freelance animator painting backgrounds. He also contributed to the animated series 101 Dalmations, Daria and Doug. He began his career as a graffiti artist growing up in Jersey City. Later moving to New York City in the 1990s, KAWS started subverting imagery on billboards, bus shelters and phone booth advertisements. These reworked advertisements were at first left alone, lasting for up to several months, but as KAWS’ popularity skyrocketed, the ads became increasingly sought after. In addition to New York, KAWS has done work in Paris, London, Berlin, & Tokyo. In the late 90s, KAWS began to design and produce limited edition vinyl toys, "an instant hit with the global art toy-collecting community," especially in Japan, where this genre is well respected and widespread. More toys and subsequently clothing were made for Original Fake, a recent collaborative store with Medicom Toy, in the Aoyama district of Tokyo, where an original limited edition product is released each week. KAWS has also participated in other commercial collaborations with Nigo for A Bathing Ape, Jun “Jonio” Takahashi for Undercover, snowboard projects with Burton, and sneakers with Nike and Vans. His most recent collaboration was with Comme des Garçons.
KAWS’ acrylic paintings and sculpture have many repeating images, all meant to be universally understood, surpassing languages and cultures. One of KAWS' early series, Package Paintings, was made in 2000. This series, entitled The Kimpsons, subverted the famous American cartoon, The Simpsons. KAWS explains that he "found it weird how infused a cartoon could become in people's lives; the impact it could have, compared to regular politics." In addition, KAWS has reworked other familiar icons such as Mickey Mouse, the Michelin Man and the Smurfs.
Through all of his projects, KAWS has successfully blurred the line between fine art and mass-produced merchandise. He uses his products to allow his imagery to infiltrate a larger audience than that of the fine art world. The artist is currently an active member in both the commercial and fine art communities. Recent solo exhibitions include OriginalFake at the BAPE Gallery in Tokyo (2003) and Tokyo First at Parco Gallery in Tokyo (2001). KAWS has been periodically showing both paintings and products at Collete in Paris since 1999. His work is included in the traveling exhibition Beautiful Losers, which started at the Cincinatti Contemporary Art Center and will be traveling through 2009 throughout the US and Europe.

Scott Mescudi, also better known as his stage name Kid Cudi is a Cleveland rapper who started to gain attention through the release of his first single, "Day 'n' Nite". Cudi released his first mixtape, A Kid Named Cudi, in collaboration with streetwear brand 10 Deep as a free download via 10 Deep's website. The mixtape features a guest appearance from DC rapper Wale and has caught the attention of rappers like Kanye West. In early September 2008, he performed at the 2008 VMAs along side Travis Barker and DJ AM. 808's & Heartbreak

Kanye West's much antisipated album out 25th November 2008

I really like what kanyes doing with this new album and can see how emotionally connected he is to it, after all it is based on the heartbreak he sufferend from losing his mother and splitting with his fiancee.

Alot of people are critisizing the singing and autotune used on 808's saying he should stick to rapping but i completely dissagree he is simpley changing the style up being unique and creating amazingly good music. After all the best take the biggest risks!

I personally can't wait for the album to drop. From what i'v heard so far this could be Ye's best album yet!
